SS HOSTEL
We are professionally managed co-live spaces exclusively catering to the student communities. Our facility in HYDERGUDA-HYDERABAD is very conveniently located for the students of Institutes at HIMAYAĪNAGAR and NARAYANGUDA pursuing NEEĪ-Medical and IIĪ JEE engineering competitive exams. The facility is being exclusively offered to the girl students. It can accommodate students in 2, 3, 4 and 5 share co-living format. Facility has both AC and Non-AC type accommodations. The premises is safe and secure and is in peaceful surroundings opposite to Apollo Hospital, HYDERGUDA.

Premises has an in-house Kitchen manned by an experienced Chef. Adequate precautions are taken to ensure the co-live residents are served nutritious and hygienic meals. Committee comprising of the Management, Chef and Residents meet periodically to monitor the menu, food quality and hygiene factors.
We have a Pantry serving counter where residents can comfortably have their 3-meals.
RO drinking water provision is made in all the floors. Refrigerator is provided for benefit of residents to store Cool drinks, fruit juice, food etc. We have also provided a microwave for heating the food.
The stress becomes more over-powering when the students prepare for competitive exams, which are highly competitive, rigorous, and target oriented. Students can always relax in our 24×7 in-house Cafe offering tea, coffee, and light refreshments inclusive of baked goods and snacks.
We are maintaining a spacious visitors lounge for the benefit of parents and guests visiting the co-live facility where they can relax. The visitors are strictly not allowed inside the building barring the initial stages of admission.

Īo enhance the Security of the premises and make it fool proof we have installed Bio-metric (fingerprint) door access control system. System is user friendly, reliable and provides more accuracy in identifying the user.
CCĪV Cameras are installed covering the entire building premises. In addition, our facility is manned 24×7 by Security Personnel to monitor the people entering and leaving the premises.
We have installed a 2-Passenger Pneumatic Elevator exclusively for the convenience of physically challenged students.
Rooms are adequately ventilated, and fully furnished. Bunkbeds with ergonomically designed ladders are provided in all the rooms along with mattresses of adequate thickness. All the rooms are equipped with Calling Bell, LED Light, Bed light, Wall Fan & Ceiling Fan. Windows are provided with safety grills. Specific rooms are provided with Split Air Conditioners.
Rooms have ensuite Quick Service Washrooms equipped with single piece siphonic commode, gas geyser, exhaust fan, wall mixer, shower head, corner washbasin, mirror, soap trays, storage rack, and waste bin. Rooms and Washrooms are thoroughly sanitized on daily basis by the housekeeping staff.
All the rooms are provided with study desk and chairs. Spacious Wardrobes are provided with lock and key arrangement.
Roof mounted clothes drying arrangement is made both inside the rooms and in all the corridors. Adequate number of wall mounted shoe racks are provided in all the floors.

Īo ensure residents dedicate their full time on studies, and they do not waste time on daily chores, we are maintaining an in-house laundrette equipped with fully automated washing machines. Washing of clothes is carried out on subsidized rates.
Our Facility Manager is available round-the-clock in the office to take care of both preventive and breakdown maintenance of various equipment and facilities.
