Living in a hygienic environment is must during this situation. This will become one of the top most priorities for anyone to consider while choosing the room. Everyone in the house or a flat where you will move should ensure that proper hygienic standards are always maintained.

Work From Home (WFH)

For better or worse, working from home is here to stay. Almost every industry wherever possible is allowing their employees to wok from home. Some of the industries like Microsoft is letting more employees to work from home permanently. And other companies like Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Deutsche Band etc., are planning to follow hybrid model near to 50 percent of their employees to allow to work from home.

Online Classes

Like work from home, Online classes have become new common for students.
Below are few important things to consider while choosing the room for working from home or attending online classes.
1. Designated space to work or to attend the online classes.
2. Good internet connection.
3. Suitable flatmates or roommates.

Food

COVID-19 virus is in-active without a human host. Avoiding food from outside like restaurants and prepare own food with cleanliness to stop spreading the virus. A house or a flat with facilities required for preparing food is necessary during this pandemic.

Accessibility

One of the major factors for spreading the coronavirus is travelling. It is very difficult in countries like India due to its population to maintain distance while travelling. Avoid travelling as much as possible. The house or a flat to stay which is close to office (for employees), colleges (for students) and grocery shops is an important factor while choosing the house or a flat.
